Motivation to work
Here’s an interesting video about the way that money, especially too much of it, can make people perform poorly. One of the money quotes for me is the idea that after people have enough money to survive/feel comfortable, they want “autonomy, a sense of purpose, mastery.” All I can say is, yep.
