		<description>I too have found an extra ten pounds that have crept on in the past couple of years.  I like your idea of integrating exercise in the day. Unless it&#039;s a regular &quot;thing&quot;, it won&#039;t happen.  

I feel so much better when I am fit and active. More energy and a more positive outlook on the world.  Last summer I was kickboxing and swimming - felt like a million bucks...</description>
